Cape Cod Project

This renovation project centered on breathing new life into an aging Cape Cod-style home, while staying true to its classic New England roots. We carefully preserved and replicated hallmark features of traditional Cape Cod architecture—such as the steep rooflines, symmetrical façade, wood shingle siding, and large front porch—to honor the home’s original character.

To enhance comfort and livability, we layered in elements of cozy, warm design throughout the interior. Natural wood finishes, soft textures, and a calming neutral palette were used to create a sense of warmth and simplicity. Modern updates—like a reimagined kitchen and refreshed bathrooms—were seamlessly blended with the existing timeless elements of the home.
